The first requirement is for us to arrange a suitable appointment with you over the phone (we always give appointment times so you can plan the rest of your day).
When our technician arrives at your property he will carry out a 22 point inspection of your appliance to ensure full and correct functioning and to determine if there is any significant damage to the model.

Please be aware that we have adapted our working procedures in order to protect our staff and customers as we return to work.
All staff have been issued with an updated PPE kit which includes face masks, alcohol hand gel, safety glasses, gloves, thermometer and Steri-Shield antiviral sanitising spray.
We will adhere to the 2m social distancing guideline and ask that the kitchen is out of bounds for the duration of the appointment where possible.
Please contact us prior to an appointment if any member of the household is unwell or displaying COVID-19 symptoms. We have relaxed our cancellation policy for these circumstances.
All touch points used by our technician (door handles, control dials, taps etc) will be disinfected using an approved solution that forms a reactive barrier effective for 7 days.
